1. Davidson Brown, Inc. (Williamsburg, VA 23185):
Cost Estimate Consulting Services. Hurricane Irma and Maria Recovery – Phase II Projects, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.GSA Contract Number GS-02P-17-DT-D-0005 / 47PC0318F0007 A. Provide cost estimating services for various projects relating to Hurricane Irma and Maria recovery. The projects are located in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. B. The scope of services is to provide cost estimates for up to fifty-four (54) separate projects of work. Consultant may be required to travel to project locations to review the scope of work, site conditions, or to meet with the GSA.
2. Amilco Inc.- Project: Fema Las Vegas Building, Vega Baja, PR GSA Contract Number: GS-02P-LPR00945.
Provide consulting service to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) to GSA; including but not limited to meetings, site visit, independent estimates.
3. John Javy Corp (commercial):
Project Management & Negotiations consulting services. Strategic negotiation of claim/ settlement for damages caused by Hurricane Maria on several buildings totaling over 100,000 sqft of real estate property.
4. Sunbeam academy, Inc (institutional):
Re-development of the Henry Garcia Manufacturing in Las Piedras, PR (33,000 sqft). Services included: location consultation (zoning), agencies endorsements, design (including civil and electrical offsite), construction permit, occupancy permit.
5. Construction Scheduler (Projects):
Centro de Bellas Artes de Humacao- Phase I &II: $32 million dollars project.
Ciudad Educativa Dr. Roque Diaz Tizol, Phase II: $11.4 million dollars project.
Prepare a detailed CPM Schedule based the Work Breakdown Structure. Maintain the Schedule Updated and revise the sequence of events and methods for performing the work activity using Primavera P6 and Suretrack (AS- BUILT Schedule). Prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) using contemporaneous data to request time extensions & compensation. Analyze expected impact of potential of Change Orders and delays events.
6. Construction Manager as a contractor for the GSA- CQM- Engineer - Genco Systems
Responsible for the performance of all aspects of professional Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management duties as they pertain to planning, design, construction, and project close out of federal client agency housing solutions to the Leasing Division of GSA Region 2. Includes the Development and Construction of new stand-alone offices and build-outs for different Federal Agencies including but not limited to: FBI, IRS, CBP, CIS, USDA, TSA, DOL, Department of the State SSA, FPD, US Trustees, ICE, EPA, DOT, Census, etc. (Federal Clearance).
