Engineer Luis Armando Serrano began his own engineering and construction management services company in 2009, Doing Business As (DBA) Serrano & Associates. For the next ten (10) years the company grew slowly, working in infrastructure, civil, residential, commercial, and industrial projects of different scales while gaining a reputation for quality services and reliability. As part of its growth and altered focus, on March 2018; the company changed to a limited liability company registered in Puerto Rico, allowing greater access to growing opportunities. We have a longstanding relationship and have successfully completed numerous projects to the satisfaction of our clients. This enables our team to offer even more robust resources to ensure project success.

Serrano & Associates LLC objective is to provide an integrated service for infrastructure, civil, real estate developments and the construction industry that includes the design, permitting, environmental assessments, endorsements and construction management services for several developments including industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Responsible for the performance of all aspects of professional Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management duties as they pertain to negotiations, planning, design, construction, and project close out.
